I have been so bad at pictures as of late, but Michelle got to take this before she left.... it's Keegan standing by our tree. Which by the way, Mo said go stand by the tree and off he went and did just that. She was quite amazed at how well he listened.... So was I!

BRRRRR

It has been a very cold start to winter here in Austin. Darn 27 degrees most mornings we leave to daycare. Me being from San Diego just have a hard time getting used to the cold weather. Man.... I think it is going to be a long cold winter for me... Here is Keegan all bundled up, we have since broke out the winter jacket to where he can barely move.... HE HATES IT!

Christine Got MARRIED!

This was a cute place they had where they got to do a bunch of fun things. They fed goats, pet a horse, play with bobbles down a water trench and they went on a hayride. What a great day.

Quiet = Trouble

This is so true... when your little one is out of view and quiet you better get your butt in there and see what they are up to. This is little John Thomas, Kathy Flodmans little boy. When his baby sister was sleeping and mommy was pumping he was having a powder bath. He seems to be quite the little investigator as he gets into everything. Previously he got into a batch of vaseline and had his hair all gooed up but unfortunately Kathy was more worried about her carpet than getting a snap shot of that funny moment. This one was good enough. Thanks for the chuckle. I am sure Keegan will follow suit soon enough.

This was back in October for Colton's 14th birthday! Can you believe what a young man he is now. They all look so OLD. No I look so old. Time flies..... Let me tell you Colton reminds me of Shawn Cassidy with that long feathered looking hair. I can't believe that look has come back!

Guess who this is.....

Well this is the family Keegan is never going to know. These are his 2 half brothers and idiot who chose to bury his head in the sand. I came across these pictures after my computer had to be completely rebuilt and thought I would post these pictures. The boys names are Alec (older one) and Ross. I see Keegan in both of them. The picture of the dumbass isn't a good portrait of what he looks like but I can see Keegan in him. He is back online now so I know he isn't dead. I still can't believe this man chose to not know his child. And it is ashame that he will never know what an amazing child he created.

Aunt Mary's 90th Birthday!

Well my Aunt Mary turned 90 a few weeks ago had was thrown a huge birthday party. I didn't get to attend as it was held in San Diego. Here are a few pictures from that night. The goofy man is my dad.... The woman in coral is Mary and the other woman is her sister Rose.

He is just growing up so fast......

His Car!

Keegan has found the love of the outdoors. He doesn't want to be indoors EVER. Which is good and bad. Since he can walk going outdoors was a total workout for me and became very tiring chasing him around everywhere. So I found this great little car that allowed us to go walk everywhere and play outside which he wanted but I still kept control of where we went. It's has been a wonderful time since then. He LOVES his car. Just look at the elation with him and Mr. Pig!

The trash can..........

This was his favorite thing to do. Go throw trash away. But he would throw anything away. Toys, sippy cups, my shoes, bowls anything he felt like. I would have to make sure we looked through the recycling before we put it out for trash so we could recover all the things that didn't belong there. It was always alot. Finally he has stopped doing that and has moved on to cleaning and opening every drawer and cupboard! To my dismay!

My Shower Boy!

If you could only see his tushy.... it's cute. He is going to have a great butt. Just like Mekhi. They obviously get it from me. Well let me rephrase that, they get it from me when I was little. We don't want them to have a butt like mine today.... no sir! He loves his robe. Runs around naked and then runs around half naked with it on! He LOVES showers and is awesome in there with me. He also like baths but not nearly as much as the shower!

My shoes are his shoes!

So just like Mekhi and probably every young child out there, he lives in my shoes. He loves to get his foot in them no matter how high they are and just strolls throughout the house in them. He does pretty good.

More Halloween!

This is me trying to be Juno. It didn't turn out the way I had planned because I grabbed the wrong size shirt and I didn't care for the skirt. But for all of you who have seen that fild know that is pretty much what she looked like!

This was the costume I worked hard on. The single mom. Never enough hands nor enough time. Doing everything for everyone! This picture was at the end of the day and my sponge fell off one hand but it turned out great. People loved it. I didn't win the costume contest but I won 2nd place in the best cubicle decoration. It was alot of fun!

Halloween

Here is the little football quarterback. Keegan Blu. He was a pistol when we started out trick or treating. He wouldn't sit down in his car at all. So he walked and decided he wanted to go where ever he wanted. It was pure torture for me for the first 15 minutes. Trying to push the car, hold my fake belly under the too large shirt, follow him and get him back where we need him to be and of course holding my glass of wine. After 15 minutes I locked his butt in the car stuck the binky in his mouth and he sat there the rest of the time. It was so pleasant! Mekhi was at a friends house so I don't have a picture of him. He was supposed to be static cling but when he got around his friends he chose to be a basketball player.

Mekhi Soccer

This was his first game. He was so excited to play this year. Unfortunately he hurt his knee in the 3rd game and wasn't able to continue the rest of the season. He ended up spraining his knee really bad. They thought it was a torn ACL so we had a MRI done but thankfully it wasn't. He has been and is continuing to do physical therapy to strengthen and build it back up for basketball season that starts in January!
